Welcome to Water Blow Huts. By booking your stay or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay.

1. Reservation Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a valid payment.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Prices and availability may vary during peak seasons, holidays, and promotional periods.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
• No-shows or early departures will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

• Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Check-out time is from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.
• Valid identification and a confirmation of your booking are required at check-in.

4. General Resort Policies

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and enclosed areas. Designated smoking areas are provided.
• Pets are not allowed within the premises.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

5. Safety and Liability

• Water Blow Huts is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the provided safety deposit boxes for valuables.
• Guests must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the resort and its staff.

6. Use of Facilities

• Facilities, such as the infinity pool and restaurant, are for registered guests only.
• Guests must respect operating hours and rules for all amenities provided.

7. Force Majeure

• Water Blow Huts shall not be held liable for any cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Indonesian law.
